A CAPITALIST CAROL
On Christmas Day 1843, a greedy, stingy businessman named Ebenezer Scrooge embraced the ideals of self sacrifice. What was the result of this miraculous transformation? Come forth and learn...

Compliments               " I hadn't expected to say this, but...brilliant. How long did it take you to write that? To get here? People send a lot of this stuff to Reason, and because I consume a great deal of written material, I read it and pass along my generic appreciation for the efforts of the writer. Not so in this case. I'm genuinely impressed. I can only assume that you have a significant interest in Aristotelian logic and are likely an Objectivist, but certainly the level of scholarship in the manuscript didn't come out of nowhere-- you can't write that level of analytical detail without a great deal of study and reflection, and you've even successfully echoed a Dickensian ethos that pulls the metaphor together. It's really terrific. I actually think it would make a kickass short film."

"David, thanks again for sending me the Capitalist Carol. You have written a masterpiece! I admire especially the way you emulate Victorian English. You worked hard, while visiting the Queendom. Your paean of praise for capitalism is awesome. Rand-esque for sure, but magnificent. Wow! This deserves a lot of exposure!

"Thanks, David. It is very provocative and interesting reading. I am very impressed by your story. And I am greatly envious of your writing talents. There is a great hunger for free market books, especially like yours."

A comment from the gallery by someone who, like myself, is otherwise a smug, onery, curmudgeon.
